I just received a W2 form from iliadis qualified settlement fund for the amount of $26.52 for the year 2011. It was to the address I lived at three years ago. It was returned to them as undeliverable to wrong address by the post office. I received it today in a manilla envelope with my new address since 2009 typed on the front of the envelope. I did not get any money from them, don't know who they are, but somehow they have all my private information inclucing my SS#. This is really sacrey. What am I supposed to do?
