Loan Modification process to reduce mortgage payment qualifying through the Obamas law for people to keep their homes at a more affordable interest rate and payment. I paid $4,000 that I borrowed to be able to begin the process spending numerous time and effort to collect all the data for this lengthy application stating that if for some reason it did not get approved it was 100% money back guarantee but nothing has been done. My lender never got the packet I had to submit myself then my lender murged with another bank only for them to turn around and sell my mortgage to another bank. They wonder why people are so mentally drained and disgusted with the system. I've called the department of financial institute in Arizona pending a return call to get this ball rolling on what we need to do.
