I wanted to bid on a specific item which was not available once I put in my info. I quit and thought I was done. Then I got an email confirming my order of $99.
I have repeatedly asked and demanded my credit card to be refunded which results in the same answer every time "No".
I even checked to see if there was anything I would bid on but there isn't anything I want.
I'm stuck.
