I tried bidrack.com influenced by a false representation of their business advertising which compares Bidrack as the next Ebay. i.e auction web site.
It turned out that my initial 99 dollars wasn't real bidding money going to an account, on the contrary, it is play money and completely under valued. The formula is as follow; 1.00 dollar for a bid play will be equal to.01 cent. Each bid will increase the asking price by a cent. So, if you think you bought an Ipad for 85.00 dollars in reality bidrack have won 8,500 dollars on that sole item.

There is no other way to find about this unless you signed and give your credit card for an instant charge. They guarantee that you will win and if not they will renew your bids...NOT! It will immediately ask you to buy more bids once you are out of bids. And on this point there is definitely an scam. It is false advertising with no doubts and maybe Ebay should take legal action against Bidrack that it is using their name and logo to compare and misrepresent their business model. thank you!

  • You are absolutely right, think about it, how many people bid on the item, and they don't even realized that BidRack took the most money out of it. Hahaha, now I just figured it out, every click equal every dollar which is a cent from Bidrack equal a real dollar, somebody needs to take a math here, and it is really a ripped off. I will stick to Ebay for life because you don't have to pay a damn nickle to start bidding and only pay when you have won the bidding item. This is not a cheap website, this is a ROBBED website, and you just never realized it until you do the math...

  • Same here, Javier. I'm fighting this to the end, with my credit card company, BBB, Pennsylvania's Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Delaware Attorney General's office, etc. The registration page is extremely busy and very deceptive. I thought I was registering for a FREE signon. I thought I was entering my credit card number for LATER purchases. They charged me $99 for some "bid package". I called them immediately and the girl on the phone would only repeat that they have a strict no-refund policy. I insisted to talk with someone else. She said there was no one else I could talk to and that she was the highest person there. Total BS!!! She eventually hung up on me after my repeated requests to speak to someone else. I called my credit card company and they said I have to wait until the charge posts to my account and then I can begin the dispute process. I went back to create another bogus signon to see if I got a different registration screen and I did! It was a little more clear. However, the one that I initially navigated to somehow or another was designed to be confusing. Of course I can't get back to it now. I also did NOT get any e-mail with a confirmation, acknowledgement, or receipt. Businesses that function like this are NO GOOD!!!! Stay away from them!

The address I found for the company is:
BidRack Inc., 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE
