I ordered supposedly a coach bag at discount price from coachoutlet factory. The coach bags are advertised as real coach bags and no mention of them coming from China.

When you get them there are no instruction in the box or any documentation. the address is an individual name no mention of Coach Outlet Factory on the box.
When contact them to return, they respond by email advising you not to return the items because it is very expensive. If you want to return the item any way you need to pay for return postage, fuel fee, and 12% restocking.

They advertise free shipping for $79.00 and over and 100% satisfied, up to 12 months to return but when they respond it is 7 days.

(See below my first contact to them stating I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the product below.)

I received order #16032 today, February 24th. When I ordered online there was no mention the order would be coming from a foreign country, China.

The quality workmanship is terrible, no where near a coach bag. The pocket on the backpack is uneven, zipper on purse is rustic and will not open easily, white threads hanging and uneven.


I paid $117.00 US dollars for something that is worth $20.00 america dollars.

Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging. The return shipping fees must be at the expense of the client. Except this,after we receive it,amount will be deducted 12% restocking fee and the freight which we paid when is was shipped to you .
