Bought 2 Swarovski Rings.. was told would take aprox 27 days... did not arrive-
send Email to seller they profusely apologized;-

"Thank you very much for your message.We received your payment on Dec 1st.and sent out your item on Dec. 2nd. Delivery to your country is about 15 -25 days. So I'm afraid that package is delayed by customs. Please do not worry and feel free to let me know of your delivery...We are always here and will reply to you as soon as possible. Wish you all the best in the New Year - Best regards, marvelparadise.

Please note that there might be some delay in delivery due to some strikes in the UK as advised by eBay. Please do not open any case/dispute on eBay or Pay Pal. By that time it was out of date to claim PayPal. but eBay was kind enough to refund the cost and postage. and i greately appreciate that, andgave me confidence in eBay to continue shopping , and respond within 45 day to Pay Pay if the goods not delivered by 40 days.
