Bought travel insurance for a flight Boston-Madrid.
Airline cancelled flight and rerouted to a flight Boston-London-Madrid.
Had to take another flight from Madrid to Lisbon.
Because of the rerouting, arrived to Madrid 3 hours later than originally planned and missed flight to Lisbon.
Had to pay $145.61 for rebooking flight Madrid-Lisbon.
AccesAmerica and parent company Allianz Global Assistance refuse to understand the situation and to pay the claim.
