I unknowing accepted a collect call from a pay phone. Zero plus dialing operator DID-NOT inform me of the HORRIFIC charges she would impose on me. When I received my phone bill I was in shock. I immediatly called ZERO PLUS DIALING to complain. I spoke to a representative about my OUTRAGEOUS charges. He told me he could not remove the charge. I just want to know how to FIGHT BACK to this heartless company. Their web site is full of complaints just like mine. We must not allow a company like ZERO PLUS DIALING to continue to ROB people of their hard earn money. I am determine to let them know that the consumer should be aware of the high price of at least TEN DOLLARS a minute before they can choose to proceed. Thank you for hearing me out .
