ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers from wesley berry flowers website. The ordering and charging process was the only thing that went well. I ordered a $70+ arrangement and same day delivery because it was for a birthday. Not only was the flower order delivered the next day but the arrangement was completely different and of substantially less quality. The vase was different (and inferior), and the flowers were completely different (and of less quality). They provided much cheaper flowers and many of them were already dying (evidenced by browning edges and bleeding into the flower). So, when I called to get a refund or another arrangement, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever heard of. My favorite quote from Wesley Berry's customer service representative was "things happen"". No apologies?. No mention of trying to rectify the issue,. "Things happen"!. I was then told they would contact the contracting flower store, and we would hear back from them within an hour.. I then contacted the contracted store the next day, and the owner said they never heard from Wesley Berry Co! I was then referred back to Wesley Berry with my complaint, and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes". After then speaking to a supervisor, they told me they "couldn't" give a refund and provided no redress/. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with! In fact, I have never even taken the time to post a complaint on a website regarding any company until this incident:. BEWARE! d97c8c

  • In my case, they purported to deliver a floral arrangement to a funeral home and confirmed that they delivered it, but it was NOT there. I am out $144 for an arrangement that was never delivered (the funeral home director did a couple of searches himself), and the folks at Wesley Berry simply responded by saying they DID get delivered. Funny thing that I ordered this nice arrangement about 1 pm and they SAY it was delivered at 2 pm that same day. Pretty impressive? NO--just a SCAM! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and wish all others would too!
