Courier service was remitted several different amounts on several different dates (beginning on 2/13/12)totaling $320 to forward a package according to them that was being held from the UK, but could not be forwarded until payments were remitted. Every request was honored, yet to date, Transdirect still refuse to release the package, and still asking for more funds in the amount of $365 to release, and will not give a tracking number from that courier service. A gentleman name Brian Chalmers Leask is the supposed agent at the courier service handling the package. Several emails was received from him and responses made, as well as remittances requested, yet no package has been delivered. Mr. Leask then informed us that the package was redirected to a courier service in South Dakota and states that this is where the package is currently be held until $365 be remitted to him in Australia before package can be released. The sender of this package has also been being corresponded with and is fully aware of how this business has been handled, and no real attempt to resolve this matter is coming from either party. Please provide direction on how to deal with this matter as soon as possible.
