I ORDERED A 'TRIAL OFFER' OF NUTRASCIENCE SLIMMING PRODUCTS'. tHEY ARRIVED BUT I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE PRODUCT.
WHEN I RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT A FEW DAYS AGO, IT SHOWED THAT A DEDUCTION OF £75 WAS MADE 17 JANUARY. I ASKED THE BANK WHY AND THEY ADVISED ME TO PHONE THE COMPANY. THEIR NUMBER JUST GOES 'DEAD' WHEN ASKING TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR AND WHEN I PIN IN THE PHONE NUMBER I USED WHEN ORDERING THE PRODUCT, IT KEEPS REPEATING THE MESSAGE (OVER AND OVER). I TRIED THEIR WEBSITE - TO NO AVAIL. ONE CAN ONLY GET IN TOUCH EITH THIS COMPANY IF ONE IS FOOLISH ENOUGH TO TO SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER 'AMAZING OFFER'. THIS IS FRAUDULENT TO THE EXTREME.
I AM A PENSIONER (& live on benefits from the British Government) I CANNOT SPEND £75 AND IT NOT AFFECT ME. I CANNOT STOP THIS, SO I HAVE NOW STOPPED MY CREDIT CARD FACILITY BUT THIS DOES NOT GET MY £75 REFUNDED.
IT IS NOW FEBRUARY 27 AND THE 'PRODUCT' HAS NOT ARRIVED AND I WON'T ACCEPT IT.
PLEASE, PLEASE... WHAT CAN I DO? CAN YOU HELP ME?
