i ORDERED TWO THINGS FROM THIS COMPANY. I SENT AN EMAIL ABOUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF THE ITEMS. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL SHIP IN TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS. I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WILL BE A CANCELLATION CHARGE. NEXT RESPONSE FROM THEM WAS THAT THE ITEMS WERE CUSTOM MADE AND ALREADY SHIPPED. I ASKED WERE DOES IT STATE IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT THAT THE ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE. YHEY HAD TOLD ME EARLIER THAT THE ITEMS WILL SHIP IN 10-15 DAYS.THEY STILL HAVEN'T ANSWERED MY QUESTION.
THEY ARE STILL INSISTING THAT THEY WILL CHARGE ME A CANCELLATION FEE.
PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS FOR ME.

- There isn't really enough information to help you... Why didn't you just pay the cancellation fee?
