Neighbor sold us a 4 door 1991 Honda Civic, in which he stated that
he had rebuilt the engine and that the vehicle was in perfect shape,
since that purchase date, every week something has occurred with
vehicle in which we had to spend money, the last time the car quit and we took it for repair and found that we had to replace distribution
system, oxi sensors and car still shut off, so we took it to a Honda Master Mechanic and found that the engine have never been rebuilt
and that a part needed to keep the engine running have been removed and that the car is not driveable or usuable and can cause loss of life if it is driven on a highway
