I ordered shoes on February 1, 2012 and I received a confirmation email. Two weeks went by and my status was still "processing". I sent three emails total through a period of 4 weeks and no one ever responded. Two days ago I received an envelope with a phone chain (small, cheap fabric bag) from Singapore. I did not realize that this was the package I "ordered" until I saw the other complaints about this site who experienced the same exact thing. I'm about to contact PayPal, but from the looks of it, they are going to do nothing about it.

- Sorry to hear that and they scammed me too. The only thing is that I hadn't received a thing in the mail to sign for so hopefully paypal will be able to help me get my money back. I don't think paypal will be helpful once you signed for a package because the site sends the tracking number to paypal showing that you received an order. I hope these people get caught soon!!!
