A pop up window came on the screen advertising a home building kit on how to save thousands of dollars in my electric bill. I received the dvd a couple days later and it wouldn't even load. They advertised a money back guarantee. I'm hearing now quite a few people have been scammed I guess that includes me. Is there any way to recoup my loss or shut these people down?

Hello,
The reason for which you cannot see the videos is because they are in FLV format. The reason for this is that they are used both on DVD and on websites. To open them you need VLC player installed. You can download it for free here:
