hi all. i was after getting a loan to do a few home improvements when i came across this company. i gave them my details (like an idiot) and they rang me up saying that i had to pay £69.99 to release the money into my account however i decided not to go ahead with it and cancelled my application after something just didnt seem right. about 4 weeks later my bank rang me and put a block on my card. this company tried to take the money from account but lucky for me my bank stopped them for a fraud case. however i couldnt use my card at all so had to ring my bank and the block was lifted. i recieved my bank statement about 2 days ago and realised that the same company sge group loans have managed to take £69.99 out of my account taken me overdrawn in which i have to pay back the charges. i blame the bank in the first place for letting this happen as i clearly told them i dont want this company taking money out of my account and i blame this scamming company for doing this to people. its a rip off. and leaves people broke.
