While on Ksl website in SLC, I saw an advertisement for pura silk face cream for $3.95. I filled out the form, which said nothing about an additional charge of $89.00. I was under the impression I was recieving a trial size jar of face cream. 14 days later the charge of $89.99 was put on my credit card.

- I have just received a called from my bank fraud department. I paid for the postage for a free sample of Pura Silk and they have tried to withdraw a further £74 from my account, which my bank has stopped. My bank advised me to call Pura Silk's customer service number on +1888 243 8502, and told me to watch my up coming bank statements for further Pura Silk transactions, which they will pursue as fraud should they attempt to withdraw from my account again.
