Signed up with Bidrack looked at your site and realized people were being charged $99 to their credit card. I missed the fine print also. Immediately called capitol one and they got bidrack on the phone at the same time and bidrack said non-refundable and was clearly stated I would be charged the fee. I said I want to cancel and my refund back and she said wait a minute and she checked that I had not even gone into site and bought bids so she will refund money it will take 5 days. The credit card person was surprised that she changed her mind. I guess I was lucky because bidrack site was confusing and I did not find out what to do so did not buy bids and they will refund my $99

  • You are lucky. I'm going to try. The registration page is extremely busy and very deceptive. I thought I was registering for a FREE signon. I thought I was entering my credit card number for LATER purchases. They charged me $99 for some "bid package". I called them immediately and the girl on the phone would only repeat that they have a strict no-refund policy. I insisted to talk with someone else. She said there was no one else I could talk to and that she was the highest person there. Total BS!!! She eventually hung up on me after my repeated requests to speak to someone else. I called my credit card company and they said I have to wait until the charge posts to my account and then I can begin the dispute process. I went back to create another bogus signon to see if I got a different registration screen and I did! It was a little more clear. However, the one that I initially navigated to somehow or another was designed to be confusing. Of course I can't get back to it now. I also did NOT get any e-mail with a confirmation, acknowledgement, or receipt. Businesses that function like this are NO GOOD!!!! Stay away from them!

I'm fighting this to the end, with my credit card company, BBB, Pennsylvania's Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Delaware Attorney General's office, etc.

The address I found for the company is:
BidRack Inc., 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE

  • I am a Navy Veteran, and I would like to say that ways to go Nittany92, we need to fight for this, because this is totally BS, when I refused to put down my credit card number, it didn't allow or navigate me to the next page, so I ended up put it down, and here I am on this page. Also think about it, 1 bid cost you only 60 cents, now you do the math, 1 click=60 real cents=1 Bidrack cent. So if the item is sold for 100.00 on Bidrack, and the real value of it is 1,000. $100.00 Bidrack=$6,000.00 real money. So they pocketed themselves at least $5,000. So is this a good website to bid, trust or deal with. ABSOLUTELY NO. It advertised that it's not like any other auction websites. ABSOLUTELY CORRECT, because they ripped off the customers before the customers think they will have a better deal on it. Please do the math...
