Nutrisystem offers up how easy they will make it to lose weight SIMPLY by ONLY eating THEIR FOOD. They say there is a 30 day money back guarantee. i cancelled because i didnt even open the product. When i called customer service and told them I wanted to cancel they told me I would be charged $87.00 because I didnt cancel in 14 days and irreguardless had I cancelled in 2 days they were still going to STEAL $87.00 FROM MY CREDIT CARD because I was obligated to accept a 2nd month of their food, even though i hadnt touched the 1st shipment. SO BASICALLY THERE IS NO GUARANTEE HOWEVER YOU LOOK AT IT.

- I did the program for 4 months and lost 32 pounds. They say about 8-10 a month. No where btw does it say only eat their food. You mix in your own fruits and veggies. If you really need to lose weight then it's worth it. The food is still good, stays for 18 months. Nutrisystem has been around for over 40 yrs. so while business wise and how they treated us sucked, the system works. If ever you run into this issue again we can waive it. If you make enough fuss someone will waive it, however you will prob. cost one of my co-workers their jobs... You have to understand we get this every day 8 hrs. straight people yelling and bitching and threatening us. We get treated like crap from above and half the time we just want to make you disappear. We know you can't afford it and we ALL get where you are coming from, however our phone calls are recorded and we could lose our jobs. I only did the program b/c I got it REALLY cheap. In the box you get a meal planner to help you. It really does add up to be cheaper. Sending letters honestly does nothing, they get tossed or never looked at. Sometimes they get reviewed and if the account is marked and they won't get in trouble nothing happens. Your best bet is to talk to Program consults. however being that has been so long if you got the charge it's not going anywhere. If not and you kept delaying tell whoever issues the card not to allow anything to go through or get a new card. Then call to cancel and the charge won't go through. Best bet, sell it on ebay!
