Thought I was signing up for a £4.95 trial pack. Checked credit card statement and saw that £75 had been taken out of my account. Phoned to complain and was told that I had accepted terms and conditions. Also found out that my account is on auto ship and when I tried to cancel, the phone lines went down. No other option but to cancel my credit card
