I stupidly fell for the free trial of diet pills which made no difference whatsoever so i phoned and cancelled via automated service. On the 10th February £75 was taken from my account. I have tried ringing and emailing them but getting no response. I can see that so many people have been fooled by this company and they shouldnt be able to get away with it. This is terrible customer care and service. I need my money back, can you help?
