A complete scam. My comuter was hacked while I was out of town and I was signed up for this company without my knowledge or consent. However, they refuse to refund any money, even though I have explained the situation to them, and just keep stating the fact that NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUSTMANCES. Well, guess what OurTime, I have rights too and have now handed this over to my attorney.
