Yes, she claimed to live in Wisconsin, then in Iowa. She also mentioned her late fathers' investment. She then mentioned she would be going to Nigeria to claim her late fathers' investment. Once there (so she says) the government wanted $4,000.00 to attain her inheiritance, and if I could help. No way, could I help or would I help. Extremelly upset isn't the word for it.
