I'm posting this for the sake of others who've had problems with Grout Bully and been unable to contact them.
I ordered Grout Bully on 01/03/2012 after seeing the T.V. Ad. It's been more than six weeks. I sent an e-mail asking them to address this issue but have yet to recieve a reply.
Today (02/22/2012) I finally spoke with a representative (Susie 1203 306 5762) who informed me that the company was overwhelmed by demand and that the warehouse was working frantically to get product out. I informed her of the number of complaints on ScamBook and said "It doesn't look good for you guys." I asked if I could cancel the order to which she said yes. I have, however, chosen to wait a couple of weeks.
The phrase 'There's a sucker born every minute' comes to mind, but I'd like to give this 'product' a try (if it even exists lol).
Here's hoping.

- This is a follow up to my post. It seems the 'squeaky wheel' gets oiled as I recieved my order today 3/3/12. Whether it works or not remains to be seen. I've read of problems with getting the stuff to squeeze out of the tube so I'm going to let them sit inverted for a couple of hours before I start using it.
