2 HANDBAGS WERE PURCHESED FROM 'COACH OUTLET 2011' and both bags came from CHINA and both were damaged with broken zippers. It's fake company and it was no return address. Thru e-mail fake 'COACH' would not refund full amount, they offered only 20% refund. I called my credit card to file an investigation.
This site must be closed, that other people would not buy this garbage that called themself a 'COACH' with no returned address and no refund.
