I challenged the company after they had taken nearly £200 out of my bank account. I did not read the small print so was not aware i had signed up to a monthly service. I thought i was just paying the P&P for the trial cream. I have since cancelled the accounts by phone and email and unbelievably they have refunded me in full.
I have never recieved any products.

I was scammed by this company in a pop up ad that I stupidly thought I could just get a sample to try, without being tied up to a regular payment.
I paid a couple of pounds for two different samples, then was charged £79.99 and £74.95 on the same day about three weeks later. This is, apparently the full price of the products which I had agreed to pay on their original advert.
I rang 0808 1683685 and was promised a half refund of both amounts. Watch this space - I'll let you know if it works. -
