i answered a ad on the internet for a free trial of perfect radiance anti aging serum rejuvanew eye cream and and an revitaderm anti aging moisturizing cream it daid a months free trial only had to pay £5.92 for the postage that was on the 9th of jan. it was depatched from the above company on the 19th january in there advitising did they once say if you didnot cancel your subscription after the initial trial period then you will be charged for these items and how much these items would cost. it was only when i wondered why my money in my account was short did i notice that they had taken 3 payments out of my account one of £79.99 on the 2/2/12 another amount of £74.99 on the same day a further debit of £51.00 on the 6/6/12 when i saw this i phoned the company and found them very unhelpful and rude saying that if you read the small print it states that you get 12 days from when you order i explained that it wasnt dispatched to 13 days after that date and she said that i should have rung them and they would have extended the date. this has caused me alot of distress as i have lost over £200 for items i cant even use as didnt agree with my skin and also been unable to pay my bills as no money in my account. surely they should let you know how much these product would cost you before you sign up as i would definately not pay that sort of money for any face cream i just wouldnot be able to afford that.
