I requested Ageless Male product after hearing this on the radio for free trial. The agent agreed after continuing to insist every products they have, and I specifically told him that i want just the free trial and nothing else. I clearly stated that I would not accept auto-shipments. This was for the free trial ONLY. I was crystal clear that no more product would be sent to me. I received the so called “free” trial and took it as instructed!.

Yesterday I received an automatic shipment of Ageless Male". I called to find out why did they send me another bottle and charge my Visa for $41.95 and blamed for not calling within 30 days to cancel any future orders! I asked for my credit card to be refunded, for something I did not order, and was told I would have to pay to send the package back, I will only get $34.95 because I can't get refunded for the shipping cost. I think this is B.S. I didn't ask for this in the first place. I told them before not to send me anything else, just the free trial and yet they still did it and charge my visa account without my authorization. The agent told me that I agreed to their autoshipment from the first person I ordered it from. The agent was very rude and when I told him that I will complain about this, and he even dared me to do it and he was very unprofessional. My whole experience with this company is a nightmare. I think Better Business Bureau should look into this company since you don't read anything but complaints all over the internet about this. I should have researched online before I called and ask this people about their so called "Free Sample".
