got an email offering skin care product free.had to pay postage £2.95 Received products a week later found it to be very sticky just used it once.I didn't open the other serum.Just thought it was complete rubbish.I received my credit card statement today and the company has taken the sum of £124.95 out of my account without my contsent.

Hi,
The same thing happened to me, I emailed them and received a reply stating I was not entitled to a refund. On the bottom of email are details of how to contact them. So I rang them, was told I will receive a refund in 7-10 working days. Here are their contact numbers.
