I ordered an item from the site, and never received it. I called the customer service line but *always* get a recording that I have called during non business hours. I don't believe they actually have a customer service line now and this is just a recording to sound like they are a real company. Also on the confirmation email they sent me for their order it lists they are part of a larger corporation called Halcan Inc. Doing a search on that company shows it is a domain that has been sold.
