I was looking for a IPod touch for my daughters birthday. I found BidRack when I googled "lowest ipod touch 4th generation" and bam, I found bidrack. I assumed that it was like overstock but you just bid on them like the old days of EBay. They asked for credit card information but I though that was for when I ordered my IPod. I didn't see a thing about buying "bids". Holy Heck! I tried to call and they stated they had a no refund poilcy, I emailed, same story. I opened a "ticket" to have the account closed, they emailed back that the account was closed. Then I emailed again and complained about my 99.00. They actually sent me an email back apologizing, blah no refund policy blah and that for my confusion they were giving me additional bids for free! How do you add bids to a closed account? :(
