I was sent a text saying I could enter to win a Best Buy gift card, when I went to the site to enter my info, I started to receive text messages that had pins I had to enter to go to the next page. Once I entered them, it looked like I could subscribe to get coupons, which I denied, when it was done it said the offer to win the gift card was no longer available so I became suspicious. When I looked at the full text it said something about charging me $9.99 even thought I had declined the coupons. I had two texts like this. I contacted my wireless provider and they removed the charges, but I wanted to warn others. I know people say that the gift card sounds too good, but Best Buy sends a lot of offers through e-mail, I figured they were just trying a different avenue.
