Have tried to reach customer service to request refund- always on HOLD.....Supposedly had 30 day trial offer to decide if I wanted to receive monthly supply. I had used the product for only 10 days prior to the debit from my bank account for $84.87. I experienced skin sensitivity to something in the product and had therefore decided to not use it anymore. Surprised to see a second jar arrive 1 week after the first- then the debit from my account a few days later.
