I was told something was in collections from a payday loan company (i never took out a payday loan!). And i was told by a representative that i would be served with a summons if i did not pay. I setup a payment plan and told the representative that i would be doing more research on their company. USC does not have a website and does not have a principal place of business that is searchable on the internet or ANYWHERE! I cancelled my debit card and was issued a new one. I submitted a form to my bank to get the monies back with no response. I filed an FTC compliant and a compliant with the NYS Consumer Protection Board with no resolution because they did not provide me with an address. Furthermore, they told me to pay with a pre-paid card! SCAM!
