Checked my bank statements to find this payment. Had no idea at all what it was so Googled it and found a lot of people have had this. Went on the website tried to find what the payments are for but no matter what combination of search fields I try, I do not exist.
Have sent an email to try and find out and will be contacting the bank tomorrow to cancel and payments and block them from my account and see what can be done about getting money back
