The BackupDutyLite popped up on my screen over and over for weeks. I couldn't get rid of it. Finally I bought it, downloaded it, and
backup my files. However, it made access to my files difficult. I tried to restore all my files and the BackupDutyLite stopped working. It copied all my files and left me with a disfunctional computer. When I tried to fill out this complaint earlier, it would not allow me to include my PayPal receipt. So I'm going to try to copy it here.
