i ordered off the wedsite monsterheadphonesoutlet.us. i ordered one monster studio headset for $198.00 my credit card was charged $220.00. i emailed the company at least three times, requesting the customer cares phone number as well as a tracking number for my order. the company never responded. its been a week since ive tryed to contact the company with no reply from company. i have no product that i ordered and im out of $220 dollars. and to top all that now the website is not accesable. wow. please do ur research before paying any company online. and i dont know what to due to try and retreive my $220 bucks.
