This is the second instance in which I have had fraudulent charged on my ADP pay card. The first 2 charged were for over $170.00 (and in Colorado, I live in California) and I obviously called, complained, and had the charges cancelled. They then instructed me that the only way to get my money back was by having them investigate the charges, I filled out the affidavit and faxed it back. Over a month later and after having received my new ADP pay card in the mail I still had not heard back about my original claim, and yes I have called. The only thing that did show up were 4 new fraudulent charges this time from Missouri. These were charged on my NEW card, the old card was destroyed. And to top it all off these charges went through less than 1 hour after my employer deposited my paycheck in my account (this is extremely suspect)Obviously I called again, complained and demanded that those charges be stopped, I was then transferred to a supervisor who didn't really understand what was going on. I explained to him that due to the timing of the new charges I feel like it could be someone within the company, his response; "There are bad people everywhere" obviously not what I wanted to hear, but it was what I was thinking. ADP MONEY NETWORK METABANK just all seem to be some sort of Middle-Man scheme, where your money is just all to easy to take.
