Dollar Monster claims to double your money in a certain period of time, usually 3-5 days. So I paid $15 to my account. I was first charged a fee of $2.99, so my balance was about $12. Then I waited 3 weeks, before I received a message that I my money had doubled. So I tried to make a withdrawal. I've actually done this several times. First I received a message that alert pay was unavailable... So I opened an account with Solid Trust Pay. Then when I requested a withdrawal from Dollar Monster I received a message that there were not enough funds in their STP account to pay. However, if you go to their website, they claim to be paying withdrawals TODAY to other members, in the $100's each day.

I would be happy to simply get my original $15 back - and forget Dollar Monster as a viable company to deal with. I have received no response from support after several submissions over the past 2 weeks as to where was my money, etc.

Another thing, they like to claim they pay instantaneously!! That's a joke.
