I don't even remember subscribing to anything from Winley Marketing. I do remember getting a text message saying that I would be charged 9.99 if I didn't reply STOP. So, I immediately replied STOP and got another text saying that I had "successfully unsubscribed" and would get no further charges (again I had never subscribed for anything). I then had two charges for 9.99 and one for 14.99 on my phone bill. Sprint was kind enough to refund the charges, but that won't stop these low-lives from continuing to do this.
It looks like I'm not the first person this has happened to, so I really think a Class Action Law Suit is in order for these criminals. They and other shady businesses need to know that they cannot steal from people.
