We ordered Grout Bully from the Shopping Channel at a price of $19.99 plus shipping and handling. A second supply of Grout Bully was offered free of charge, with only shipping and handling added on to the original order. I was informed that the total would be $38.39 USD We paid using MasterCard.
It took about 5 weeks to receive our order.
We have just received our MasterCard and there is an item thereon for HTG Grout Bully in the amount of $102.59 ($99.08 USD @ 1.035448627).
I want to call the company but can't find their telephone number anywhere on the parcel we received from them.

- 1-203-306-5762 that is a telephone number to Grout Bully's customer Service.It sounds though that you ordered from a third party not Grout Bully,but try that number and see if you can get resolvement of your problem.Plus I would call my bank CC and dispute it..Hope this helps.
