while trying to buy a used dodge durango 2000 posted o craigeslist for 4,400 called the number listed for this vehicle i spoke with a guy name chis about takeing a look at the vehicle we agreed to me to take a look at it and a test drive we agreed to meet in the sweetbay parking lot at 6:30 pm when we first looked at it it seemed fine took it for a test drive in parking lot it seemed to drive fine so we agreed to 500 down to hold it until monday when the title got her and the rest of the money will be given on that day monday got here and we met to finish the deal but when i got ther e and finished the money part of the deal when he in formed me that the title hasnt arived in the mail and then he gave me a proff of sale to regester the car only to fine out that as soon as i left out of sweetbay parking lot on to tacetrack road ware the seed lin\mit is about 40 miles speed limit so i startedmpushing the gas it didnt want to get past25 miles per hr it seemed like it didnt want to thift to the next geer so i got the vehicle home and parked it called the marti who sold me the vehicle he didnt anser so i got skard that it mite be a skame so then i started to worry if the title was even got to come this mite be a skame then i looked on the sales paper to find out that this wasnt a privet owner it was a dealership out of alabama so i called the number listed on to of page and at firsr they didnt even know marti and he would have the owner call me back they gave me the run around for about 2 more days not even thinking about the problem with how the vehicle runs i more worred about money i stud to loose if this car is stolen i finaly got title and took it to be regesterd on thursday that went fine put the tag on tryed to drive it and that geer problem iput in the back of my mine came back to realateytook it toaamco where they put it on machein and they said that secend geer dont wprk and it a auto matic that means bad transmission and to fix problem it would be 1300 dollas i called owner up again and he said he would call me back ha called back and said we drove the vahicle300 mile and the car was fine when he gave it to me well i never drove it even 20 miles how can u say that i asked if he can meat me half way with the price of the repair i cant aford 1300 d0llar i have 13 kids i take of 8 sibaling and we have 5 of our own i realy need some help from 8 on your side
