Daniel keller contacted me and sent me all the paper work for a loan mod. I returned all paper work and he ket in touch with me assuring me that everything was fine and loan had been approved .i even called him when I received a foreclosure notice and he assured me it was part of the process. However on December 29 2012 I lost everything I owned my home of 30 years and another piece of property. the value was 311,000 plus the 2439 he took out of my account.
