I purchased an item from them. 10 days later they hadn't shipped out the equipment. Found out they didn't have the item to begin with. They charged my account for an item they don't have, and had promised to ship within 2 days of purchase. So I canceled my order and asked for a refund. 7 days later they have no idea what is going on with the refund request. Basically charged my account for something they don't poses, and now they wont refund my money.
