On February 9, I ordered a 16x12 canvas from canvas discount. Although I read on the site that it says you stretch your own canvas, they said they provided easy directions and I decided it was worth the discount to mount my own canvas.
I recieved a FedEx tracking number on February 13, and it said it would arrive at my house on the 16th. When I checked back this morning (the 17th) I realized the package never shipped. I wrote all the emails that the site provided ([email protected] and [email protected]). The phone number of the site does not work--the mailbox is full and I am instructed to hang up.
I am REALLY embarassed that I fell for this. I have read from other reports that some people are getting their prints. I am assuming this is either a scammer who is sending out just enough prints to attempt to appear legitimate, or it's an idiot who is totally in over his head. Either way, if you are reading these reviews, pay a little extra money to go to Costco or another discount site. It's worth the $10-15 extra to get a more guaranteed product.
