I placed an order with happydeal.com on January 18, 2012. As of February 16, 2012, the order is still not received. I have been emailing them to try and find out why my order has not been received.
I thought I could use the tracking number they gave me with the order, only to find out that you cannot track your shipment when you try the link. The only response I get from them is the order has been shipped. I asked if I could receive a receive a refund and they tell me to be patient and just wait. Well, I feel like when it takes a month to receive an order and less than two minutes to withdraw the amount from my account, for something I never received, I should be entitled to my money back. Come on. Ever response I have received comes from Jane, is this the only person employed by them. I haven't heard from anyone else.
