    • RadiaLabs Complaint / User Submitted Image #74878

I paid £65.85 on 17 January 2012 for trial anti wrinkle creams and eyelash cream. These arrived at my home promptly with letters telling me that I had 18 days to evaluate the creams. I found that they brought me out in a really bad rash, and the eyecream gave me styes on my eyes, so I stopped using them and tried calling them to return the creams. I left messages cancelling my subscription, as I could not get through to anyone at any time of day - just a recorded message, but heard nothing back. On 8th February my bank account was debited the above amount, without my agreement. I still cannot get any reply from the company.
