The payday loan company know as hydra fund 111 took my personal info for another lender and credited my banking account with a payday loan at a super high interest rate without my knowledge, approval or contact. I didnt know who or where the loan had come from, or did i authorise or e-sign any thing. The funds were deposited by them 2 days before the first payment was due. Luckly i got to the bank in time for them to close my account and stop all fraud and payment withdraws that were about to accur. Since i spent the most of the day at my bank, i lost a days pay to close and had to have them reopen new accounts.
