I replied to an e-mail to take up an offer of a free skin care trial, all I had to pay was the postage. I subsequently received a jar of cream which I used. A month later I noticed my credit card had been debited £79 99 .This was unkown to me , but after a phone call to skincare cream I was told that I had clicked the terms and conditions that if I had not returned the product unopened, how do you trial if it is not opened? within 16 days I would be charged for the product. They informed me they had done nothing illegal!
Whilst I realise this was BURIED in the terms and conditions, I feel this was a deliberate attempt to mislead.
