Looked up a VIN on vehiclehistory247.com 2/12/12 agreed to the 2.95 charge. Bank statement revealed today that a charge from propertyhousevalue.com in the amount of 29.94 had been removed from my account. Called the contact info and canceled my registration with vehicle history 247. Was told that if I did not cancel my subscription after 3 days that the charge was legit according to terms and conditions. The billing terms and conditions (as copied and pasted from website) are as follows-

Nothing related to 2.95 listed at all. In fact, I do not see the offer for the Vehicle report listed at 2.95 on the website anymore. So how do you go about retrieving terms and conditions for special promotions, if it was even a special promotion, that no longer exist. So not only is this unauthorized charges but false advertising as well (for charging more than advertised). I am an idiot and need to be more careful about online purchases. Better read the terms and conditions CAREFULLY before I submit my complaint/rant. No one use Vehclehistory247.com- they hate people.
